of the software package. To augment this service quality,
there are four distinct levels as under to maintain better
online customer relationship management:
BRONZE
: The product is delivered for installation by client while
E-mail assistance is available for 5 days i.e. Monday to
Friday between 10 hr to 17 hr except on National and State
holidays.
SILVER
: The product is delivered with free installation along
with E-mail assistance for 6 days i.e. Monday to Saturday
between 10 hr to 17 hr except on National and State holidays.
Implementation shall be done on chargeable basis with hand
on training for the user.
GOLD
: The product is delivered with installation,implementation
and training on chargeable basis along with E-mail support
on 6 working days between 10 hr to 17 hr except on National
and State holidays.
PLATINUM
: The product is delivered with installation implementation
and training as well as need based customisation on chargeable
basis for unique solution.All 52 weeks round the clock assistance
through e-mail.
